Join Tamesis
We welcome everyone to Tamesis Club and joining is easy.
Come and visit
Come down and see us! We'd love to show you round the clubhouse and grounds and, if planned a little in advance, one of our members will gladly take you out for a sail. There may even be a chance to take part in a race with one of our members (no experience required, although you will be required to wear a buoyancy aid).
Do come and visit whenever we're open (see Events page) and just introduce yourself to any member who will gladly introduce you to one of our Club Officers.

Welcome process
If you are already a boat owner and joining Tamesis, then perhaps it is just a simple case of racing and competing with existing members on the water! However many new members may not have sailed before or know anyone from the club we will help you feel at home.
When you are looking to join Tamesis, or have indeed just joined, we will ensure that the class captain for the class you wish to sail (we can help you with that choice) will make sure you are introduced to as many members as possible and help arrange opportunities for you to sail.
For those wishing to join as social members, we will introduce you to other like-minded members who will be able to make you aware of all the social activities that that club has.

Simply see which category of membership is appropriate to you and then print and complete the Tamesis Application Form
Please then send your completed form to the Club address (shown below), or simply drop it off at the club during opening times.
