By road

Take the A308 to Kingston upon Thames. At the roundabout at the western end of Kingston Bridge turn north into Hampton Wick High Street then right at the Swan pub into Lower Teddington Road, which becomes Broom Road.

From Twickenham take the A310 to Teddington, turn left at the traffic lights into Ferry Road (or further along the A310 into Holmesdale Road), then right into Broom Road.

Trowlock Way is a turning off Broom Road between Teddington School and a recreation ground. The entrance to Tamesis is on the right.

By rail

South Western Railway trains to Hampton Wick.

After coming down the steps from the platform, turn right and get into Station Road. Cross Seymour Road and continue down Station Road to its end and turn left into Lower Teddington Road, leading into Broom Road. Go along this road until you reach the Recreation Ground on your right. The masts of the boats in the dinghy park should be visible at the far end of the Recreation Ground. Turn right down Trowlock Way.

By bus

281 from Kingston (towards Hounslow) or from Twickenham (towards Tolworth) alight at St Marks Road.

285 from Kingston (towards Heathrow) or from Teddington (towards Kingston) alight at St Marks Road.

Walk down Holmesdale Road, turn right at the end and after 100 yards turn left down Trowlock Way.

By bicycle

There is a bicycle rack under the entrance to the ladies changing rooms as you approach the clubhouse from the car park.
