Brisk Northerly on Sunday 21st April - A Great Workout

The northerly wind on Saturday continued into Sunday. Race officer Rupert Fletcher set course K. Quite a few Laser rolls ensued.

Winners in the blue races were Chris and William Balmbro in the Merlins, Matt Valentine in the Lasers and Jo McLaughlin in a Solo.

Merlins had an explosive start in the White race. Winners in the White races were Richard Harris and Emma McDonald Merlins, Jon Redding Lasers, Joe McLaughlin in his Solo and Charles Fox and Robert Blakeborough in an N18.

Thanks also to the bar and kitchen team for providing the tasty hot lunch and sandwiches, not forgetting the vital drinks from the bar.
